TDEE Lab is a static calculator website. The calculators run in your browser and do not require an account.

Calculator inputs

Calculator inputs are processed client-side. TDEE Lab does not intentionally upload calculator inputs to a server. Your calculator data stays on your device unless a future feature clearly asks you to send or sync it.

Local storage

If you save a TDEE profile or theme preference, it is stored in your browser localStorage on the same device. You can clear it through the browser or by using the clear profile control where available.

Accounts

TDEE Lab does not currently have accounts, sign-in, subscriptions, or a backend user database.

Tracking and ads

TDEE Lab does not include analytics scripts or advertising scripts at this time. Hidden ad reserve elements may exist in the markup for future layout planning, but no ad script is loaded. If ads are enabled later, advertising partners may use cookies or similar browser storage, and this policy will be updated before those scripts are added.
